A Bit About David

Born and raised in Florida, I'm a Finance BBA candidate at Florida Atlantic University graduating in May 2026. I'm pursuing an entry-level Financial Analyst role where I can turn data into clear insights and drive better decisions — particularly in FP&A, reporting, and business analysis.

My career path has been anything but linear, and that's exactly what makes me a more capable analyst. I've worked in regulated financial services at Charles Schwab, run operations for a luxury goods business, and managed client accounts in competitive sales environments. Each role added a new layer to how I think about data, efficiency, and value.

At Charles Schwab, I supported brokerage onboarding and client servicing while collaborating with licensed financial advisors. I maintained branch-specific data for regulatory compliance and wealth management outreach — during my tenure, assets under management at the branch grew by $80 million.

Before that, as Director of Operations at Palm Beach Watch & Diamond Co., I digitized an entirely paper-based business — building a CRM and invoicing system from scratch, backdating historical records, and boosting production efficiency by 20%. I managed inventory and insurance for watches valued over $50,000 and maintained relationships with high-net-worth clients, jewelers, and watchmakers.

Earlier in my career, I developed client management and performance analysis skills through sales roles in health insurance and digital marketing — experiences that sharpened my ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Outside of work and school, I stay active with strength training and golf, follow personal finance and investing closely, and enjoy giving back to my community. I'm a proud Floridian and equally proud of what I've built along the way.
